This is the moment where everyday noise and distraction fades away.
Guided mindfulness, breathwork and aromatherapy calms your nervous system, while heat and cold releases physical tension. Together these restore your natural balance.

Mindfulness
The ritual begins by resetting the mind with a guided mindfulness session. Here you slow down and activate the senses one by one. Your thoughts become clearer and your body relaxes.

Mindfulness is a practice of conscious presence. It originates from ancient Eastern traditions and it’s widely studied in modern psychology and medicine.
Aromatherapy
During the ritual, aromatherapy is used to support both breathing and mental relaxation. Aromatherapy guides you through the ritual with carefully selected woody, fresh and warm tones.

Aromatherapy uses natural plant extracts also known as essential oils. They are known to promote physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.
Breathwork
In the second phase of the ritual, we focus on breathwork. Here breathing becomes a tool for recovery that helps calm the nervous system. Breathwork is widely used and known for its numerous health benefits.

Breathwork activates the parasympatic nervous system and stimulates the vagus nerve. Deep, slow and controlled breathing signals the brain that the body is safe by reducing the fight-or-flight stage.
Ice swimming (Avanto)
In the final phase you meet the cold in a controlled and calm environment. Entering the water is always optional, but for many it’s the most powerful part of the experience. A small challenge with big rewards.

Avanto has numerous health benefits like improved immunity and blood circulation, it can reduce stress and enhance mood by releasing neurotransmitters like serotonin and dopamine. Avanto also initiates deep body relaxation which improves sleep quality.
Ritual Duration: 90 minutes
Includes:
Ritual begins with a calming introduction where you are guided into the experience. You can learn about mindfulness and the benefits of Sauna, cold plunge and aromatherapy. Also a relaxing herbal tea is served.
Then we go to Sauna.
Ritual has 3 parts: Guided mindfulness meditation, Stretching and Breathwork.
There is a break between each part where you can cool down.
